Creative, digital marketing and business-type positions are our bread and butter, but we are prepared to partner with you and help with any and all positions you need to fill.

Can you help write the job description for the position we want filled?

Absolutely. A creative and well-written job description can excite candidates and drum up an adequate candidate pool. We’ll chat about your company’s current and future needs, company culture and ideal candidate or dream team.

I have a short-term project or event and need temporary staff. Can you help?

Yes! Let’s chat! We can help build your team with full time, part time and contract team members.

I’m super busy and can’t find the time to conduct interviews. Can you help us narrow down candidates for the first round?

That’s what we do best. With our creative recruiting style, we’ll work with you to choose which interview style (face-to-face, telephone, video) is a fit for the position and your company’s culture.

Besides recruiting, what other staffing solutions do you provide?

We’re here for you! Once we’ve found your dream team, we’ll help with the right pre-employment process that fits the needs of your company. This includes: Identity Check, Employment Reference Check, Education and Credential Check, Criminal Background Check, Credit History Check, Motor Vehicle Report, Drug Screening (as requested)

What's the cost?

Our flexible and creative approach to the recruiting cycle is also carried over into our pricing. We do not have set percentages or flat rates. Price will depend on our partnership with you and the needs that you have for your future team. Let’s chat.

What happens if our team loses the candidate we hired?

We pride ourselves in finding the right fit for your organization. If an unforeseen circumstance happens within the first 30 days of employment, we’ll look to replace them.

What happens after I submit a resume to Nexpoint?

We’ll review it, provide feedback on your resume if it needs a little work, and send you any open jobs that you’re a fit for. If we don’t have anything at that time, we’ll always circle back so you won’t be left wondering.

Will you ever send out my resume without my consent?

No. We only share your resume if you give us the green light and we think you’re a good fit.
